Who we help

Built for people who cannot put their life on hold

People with a job to keep

Evening groups run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6 to 9 PM, so a normal workday is untouched and nobody at work has to know.

Students and young adults

Three mornings or three evenings a week, so a class schedule survives treatment instead of being abandoned for it.

Parents and caregivers

Daytime programs run 9 to 1, which is the school run either side. Free transportation both ways if the car is the problem.

Anyone leaving detox or inpatient

PHP is built to catch you on the way out, so the structure tapers instead of disappearing the day you are discharged.

LGBTQ+ adults

Two of our clinicians specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, so this is not a box we tick. It is who is actually in the room with you.

First responders and veterans

One of our facilitators spent 25 years in fire service and served as a Navy Rescue Swimmer. You will not have to explain the job to him.

Not on this list? Call anyway. These are the people we see most, not the only people we take. (561) 710-2000

Common questions

Questions people ask before they call

Can I keep working while I am in treatment?

That is what this program is built for. Our evening IOP runs Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6 to 9 PM, so a standard workday is untouched. Daytime IOP is three mornings a week, and outpatient is a single morning. Most people do not have to tell their employer anything.

How long will I be in the program?

Intensive outpatient typically runs 60 to 90 days depending on your clinical needs and how you are progressing. Most people then step down rather than stop, moving from PHP to IOP to weekly outpatient over several months.

Do you provide transportation?

Yes, and it is free. We pick you up from home and drop you back at the end of the day. No car and no license is not a reason you cannot get treatment.

Do you treat mental health as well as substance use?

Yes. Dual diagnosis is a specialty here rather than an add on. Psychiatric evaluation and medication management run through our partnership with Telemed Clinix, staffed by MDs, ARNPs and PAs.

Do you take my insurance?

We are in network with most major carriers, including Medicaid. Call and we will verify your specific plan while you are on the phone.

Can I keep seeing my own therapist or doctor?

Absolutely. Our team works hand in hand with providers you are already seeing rather than asking you to start over.

What actually happens in a day here?

Group therapy is the backbone. It is where most of the work happens, and where you build the support network that outlasts the program. Individual and family sessions run alongside it as clinically indicated.

What if I am not sure I need this much help?

Then call and say exactly that. The screening exists to work out the right level of care, and sometimes the honest answer is less than you feared or somewhere other than here. We would rather tell you that than admit you.
